Romanoff Equities is a New York real estate enterprise specializing in commercial and residential properties in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. The company has been owned and operated by the Romanoff family for more than 80 years, but its marketing materials had not kept pace with the recent transformation of the area. I was tasked with creating a brand new website and redesigning property flyers that served to showcase the retail and office spaces in Romanoff Equities’ portfolio, while also highlighting the variety or vibrancy of the neighborhood.
